Buying your first home in Dubai? You could win AED 100,000
The First-Time Home Buyer Program was launched by the Dubai Land Department in 2025.
Dubai residents are being further incentivised to get on the property ladder with a huge prize up for grabs.
This year, the Dubai Home Festival (DHF) has partnered with Chattels & More on a home makeover worth AED100,000.
Residents who have registered for Dubai’s First-Time Home Buyer Program are eligible to win the giveaway.
The Dubai Home Festival has been a huge success since its inaugural launch back in 2019.
The event is organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment, and the 2026 edition will run from October 16 to November 1.
The theme of this year’s festival is ‘Make Dubai Home’.
Eligible individuals who register for the programme for the first time during the festival will automatically be entered into the draw, with no purchase required, subject to the campaign’s terms and conditions.
The First-Time Home Buyer was launched in conjunction by Dubai Land Department and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism in 2025.
The initiative was designed to boost homeownership and make it more accessible to residents across Dubai by connecting eligible buyers with 22 participating property developers and five financial institutions, including Emirates NBD, Emirates Islamic Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Commercial Bank of Dubai, and Mashreq Bank.
Through the programme, participants can access benefits including priority access to select property launches and tailored home financing solutions from participating banks, subject to eligibility and applicable terms.
Mohammed Feras Arayqat, Vice President – Retail Calendar and Promotions at DFRE, said that Dubai Home Festival is about helping residents make the most of their living spaces and discover new ways to make Dubai home.
“Through our collaboration with Dubai Land Department for the First-Time Home Buyer Program, we are extending that ambition beyond home retail, connecting the festival with a wider initiative that supports residents on their journey towards homeownership, while offering one lucky winner the chance to transform their space with Chattels & More,” said Arayqat.
Residents can register through the Dubai Land Department website or the Dubai REST app to explore the programme’s benefits, check their eligibility and enter the draw.
With Dubai Home Festival 2026 running until 1 November, residents can discover citywide retail offers, design inspiration, experiences, and rewards across the city.
Dubai Home Festival 2026 is supported by Key Sponsor Commercial Bank of Dubai and Strategic Partners, including Al Futtaim Malls (Dubai Festival City Mall & Festival Plaza), Dubai Holding (Ibn Battuta and Palm Jumeirah Mall), and Majid Al Futtaim (City Centre Deira, City Centre Mirdif, and Mall of the Emirates).
